Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are at your expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via jaouad@khaldistiny.com. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Exceptions to returns

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products that:

  • Are custom made according to the consumer’s specifications by the entrepreneur
  • Are clearly of a personal nature
  • Cannot be returned due to their nature
  • Can perish or age quickly
  • Have a price tied to fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur has no control over
  • Are loose newspapers and magazines
  • Are audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal
  • Are hygienic products where the consumer has broken the seal
